Born in 1989 in Aachen, Germany, Julio discovered his passion for drawing at an early age — a passion that naturally evolved into digital design and animation. After relocating to Recife, Brazil, in 2003, he was immersed in a vibrant cultural environment that profoundly influenced his artistic sensibility and creative approach.

Initially pursuing studies in IT, Julio soon realized that his strengths lay in visual communication rather than programming. This realization led him to shift his focus toward design, culminating in an associate’s degree in graphic design. During this time, he developed a strong foundation in branding, motion graphics, and illustration.

Julio’s professional journey began with an internship at a design studio, followed by a position at one of the region’s leading advertising agencies, where he contributed to high-profile campaigns. He continued to expand his expertise through freelance projects, broadening both his skill set and creative perspective.

In 2018, Julio returned to Germany in pursuit of new challenges and opportunities. Since then, he has worked in award winning agencies in Düsseldorf, where he continues to craft impactful visual experiences through motion design, illustration, and art direction.
